Lag and instability after running for a while with 7 hyperdeck instances #11

I haven't dropped down to fewer to see if it is more stable with less yet, but after a while companion starts to lag horribly, but it isn't taking system resources like chewing CPU or Memory. We've also had our hyperdeck start to freeze and go unresponsive over the network if companion is connected. Two of the hyperdecks seem to be more problematic and the log starts to show: Network error: connect ETIMEOUT #(hyperdeck IP:Port) after a period of time.

I will try to do some more testing soon. Let me know if there is specific info or tests that would help make this clearer.

Which version of Companion?

1.4.0 release version

Would you be able to test this with the latest 2.0 release and see if you still get these problems?

Closing due to inactivity - i.e. it appears this bug was present in a much older version of Companion and hasn't been a problem as of late.
