BMD Multiview 16 #2

BMD Multi 16 control (same as the multi 4)

The solo command works from the multi 4 on the multi 16 other commands did not

Need all 16 Input control

This is on my list as its more a port of the videohub module for multi 16.

@skermanator this is now in the v2.0.0 alpha build. If you are not already testing v2.0.0 I'd recommend you stick with the version you are currently running and wait for a final release. Or, if you would like to test, note that your v1.x configuration should be backed up as you cannot actively switch between versions.

This does use the bmd-videohub module as a base, so that code is thoroughly tested, however, we will need the mv16 specific features tested at some point. Update us here whenever you have a chance to do that. Thanks!
