communication error when using the PTZ module with companion 3.0 #22

Hi, I would like to use the canon PTC module for a canon cn500 camera but if I add the connection and fill in the correct IP address

the status goes to error and control of the camera is obviously not possible.

If I do the same on the version 2.2 of companion everything works fine.

is there some compatibility issue?

exactly the same for me. error is show, but the buttons do what they have to do (with a orange square on the top right). here is what is happening when I press a button a the streamdeck : 23.06.08 16:45:34 Surface/Handler/streamdeck:CL43J1A00852: Button 47.12 pressed 23.06.08 16:45:34 Instance/Wrapper/canon-500: failed

Please try latest version of this module, v2.0.3 and if it does not resolve, reopen this issue
