Start and stop streaming current game in voice channel #22

Describe the feature Add the option to start and stop streaming of your current game in discord. Add the current status as a feedback option to change the button status.

Usecases The main use case is not having to close the game to start streaming to your friends. Very handy if you are playing racing games and your keyboard is a but further away.

Still waiting on Discord to add support in the API to properly control this.
