Start/Stop Video #28

Describe the feature Once in a Voice Channel, start Video (and possibly to choose video source also?)

Usecases I would like to be able to control a camera feed on a remote computer. Once I join the voice channel, I'd like to be able to have the camera go on with a separate button press.

Unfortunately this is not currently possible due to Discords limitations on RPC. I will certainly like to add this functionality if Discord was to ever properly support RPC and update their documentation for this to be possible.
