Polling and adjusting brightness/temperature with Stream Deck Plus not working correctly

I am using a StreamDeck+ connected to Bitfocus companion. This stream deck brings the rotary knobs. When I try to use the rotary knobs to adjust the brightness/color temperature of my KeyLights, I face some issues. In my setup Bitfocus is polling the status and values of my key lights with an interval of 250ms.

• When I rotate the knob on the StreamDeck fast, I experience strange behaviour. Adjusting the brightness/temperature is not done correctly. It will adjust the brightness/temperature a couple of steps and then returning back to the value one or two steps back.
• When I rotate the know slowly (with at least 250ms between each "click" of the rotary button), adjustment of temperature/brightness is done correctly.

Hello I also have the same issue:

  • When I rotate the know slowly (with at least 250ms between each "click" of the rotary button), adjustment of temperature/brightness is done correctly.
  • When I rotate the Knob very fast and a lot the connection status changes to error. No more connection [!!!].

Any news on this? Issue is open 14 months now ... I'm experiencing similar problems.
