Initialize all toggle options with first option of choices. #55

I ran into the issue multiple times, that I've used an action and wondered that it was not working due to the default value of the action not being set by default. This may confuse people but is really easy to change in the code (see code-changes). Would be great to get the initialized defaults pushed to the upstream.
