Communication BUG in 2.2.0 beta versions #2

In all 2.2.0 beta versions I have noticed that there are serious communication problems with Matrices that use the LW2 series protocol. In the ACTIONS list you often don't see the LOAD PRESET and SAVE PRESET commands and when they are, you don't see the registered preset list. In the Companion PRESETS or VARIABLES page when I select Load Preset the buttons to drag all indicate $ NA. In practice, the plugin is unable to read the status of the matrix despite having the correct communication port ... the problem I have found on multiple systems of Matrix and other colleagues have pointed out the same BUG. Thanks.

Have you disconnected all other equipment connecting to the matrices? You cannot be logged into the web interface, and another device cannot be controlling the LW2 devices, if I recall correctly. I think they only support one control-connection. I might remember wrong though. I do not have access to any lw equipment myself.

Yes, I am sure I have disconnected all instances on port 10001. Web instances on port 80 are multisession and allow multiple concurrent connections. I know the system very well and have checked several times that I am correctly connected. Furthermore, on the PC where the Companion server is working, the Firewall is totally disabled. In other previous versions (I didn't check which ones exactly) I didn't have the same problem ... Thank you for your interest. :)

I have also noticed and tested that all OUTPUT PRESETS are functional and receive feedback regularly.

The BUG continues to persist even in versions up to 2.4.0 In commands it is no longer possible to load or save presets.
