grandma2 instance, login other than admin user doesnt work. #4

maonpc 3.7.0.3 companion 2.0- alpha. (didnt work on release version either so tried this one)

trying to use the grandma2 instance. Using the default administrator profile works fine. Trying to login according to another profile that also has administrator rights doesn't seem to work.

steps:

logged in on ma2onpc using 'administrator' user and password 'admin' companion username and password set the same, status shows 'ok' tested with streamdeck to recall a view layout, works fine

on ma i created a new user with administrator rights and password set to 'admin' on ma2onpc logged in with that user. on companion adjusted the username and reentered the password to be sure. on the instances tab the status tab now hangs on 'logging in' i can see the companion trying to log in using the system monitor on ma2onpc, but it seems the connection closes again before the login command arrives.

What username are you trying to use?

If you look in system monitor on your ma, then disable and re-enable the grandma instance in bitfocus you should see it attempt to login.

My username was being changed from tim to timecode
