Option for turn all POE power on/off #13

It would be nice to be able to turn the POE power off and on for all ports at once.

That'd be great!

Or alternatively an option to set a port range ("1-48" for all ports, "2-7" for some ports, "12-27, 31-33" for multiple port ranges, and so on).
