TC2 Support #2

Will support for TC2 Elite also become available?

The module is build on the official API so the TC2 should be supported. At this moment I programmed some stuff fixed like amount of ddr players etc. Might need to change that for different switchers. I'll close this one and please reopen if you model doesn't work.
