Exposure, SPL Logging, Max SPL control #1

First off I just wanted to say thank you for putting the time and effort into making this module, it has been very handy for what we do. We have run across a couple things it seems to be currently unable to do, and was curious if anyone had any input, such as myself doing it wrong or missing something, or if they are features that could be added. I am testing at home with SMAART 8.4.3.2 but believe we are running 8.3 something at Church, all on Macs. We primarily use SMAART for SPL logging and an RTA/Exposure level. Currently I'm just using this plugin to start measurements, which is working great, but was curious if there was any way to reset Max dB peaks for meters or a way to reset the exposure and Max on a input, as well as possibly(and the biggest thing) a way to start logging from the module. Also am noticing that none of the Toggle Meters/Toggle SPL history commands seem to work, yet the keyboard shortcuts in the actual software seem fine.

Feel free to holler if you have any questions, also willing to help test. Thanks!

All of those SPL related features are a limitation of the API currently. I have talked with Rational about it and they are on their roadmap. As for the keyboard shortcuts those will not work until they release a newer "public" version of 8.5 beta as I just requested those features a couple weeks ago. I believe that should be fairly soon though.

I will also add that your use case was the exact same use case for me starting to make the module in the first place.

Sounds good, thanks for the response. Would you like me to close this issue then or just keep it for reference?

I will keep it open till they add the commands to the API and I get them implemented.
