For use in Triggers, e.g. change a lighting cue at the start of video playback and a few seconds before the end.

Hi Dan, would it be possible to make a release including this PR to be included in Companion 2.2.2 and/or newer betas? I see release 2.5.4 was reverted to 2.5.2 because of MIDI issues. I wondered if an interim release might be possible to include this video countdown functionality? Thanks!
