New Track Matte action and connection settings #12

Changes

Added a "Track Matte" action for controlling the special "Alpha Matte", "Luma Matte" and "White Matte" blend modes (PVP 3.3+).
New connection options:
- HTTPS Connection
- Authentication token
Misc bug fixes and code cleanup.

Successfully tested against PVP 3.3.1 (4934).

Is there a standard port? Might be good to add that as default. Why the min/max for port number?

Thanks for merging.

There isn't a standard port, it picks one for you when you enable the network API. The min/max ports are sanity checks to prevent invalid TCP ports from being picked.
