TBS 2603se Encoder module #1080

I have researched the list of existing Companion modules and requests and have determined this has not yet been requested

I have a TBS 2603se Encoder for my streaming rig, and I use Intel & M1 Mac to control devices on the rig.

I would like to be able to start/stop my encoder stream from my streamdeck XL.

Any pointers?
