Bolin PTZ Cameras #1434

Looking to control Bolin Technology PTZ Cameras, which follow the VISCA over IP standard. Specifically, looking to control the R9, EXU, and Blue Line series of cameras.

We would like it to control the pan, tilt, and zoom of the camera, as well as trigger the tally, activate the wiper (EXU), and set/recall presets. Over time we would like to add more functionality, but this is the initial request.

If they follow the VISCA standard, what’s stopping you from using one of the existing VISCA modules?
