Hi, Can you please add KORG nanoKONTROL2 in Companion's add list so that it can be used to switch various cameras and audio could be controlled in Livestream Studio. Thanks Chandan

Second this - it would be amazing

Do you mean to use it as an streamdeck alternative to control companion or as a module so companion can control it?

kanetreble commented 5 months ago

Streamdeck alternative here, so use its buttons/sliders to control functions via Companion

Companion can be controlled with multiple protocols in addition to the surfaces (like Stream Deck). Check the Settings Tab in the Companion Admin UI, there you find examples and can activate the protocols.

Remote control Companion can be remote controlled in several ways. Below you'll find how to do it. [TCP/UDP] [HTTP] [OSC] [Artnet / DMX] [Rosstalk]

The nanoKONTROL2 is sending Midi CC via USB, so you could try to run a tool on the computer that maps Midi to OSC, and trigger Companion Buttons with OSC.

Didn't test it, but you could try e.g. these I found with a quick search: https://github.com/fred-dev/OSC_MIDI_OSC https://midimonster.net

If you need to change settings on your nanoKONTROL2 you can try the tool from their website https://www.korg.com/de/products/computergear/nanokontrol2/index.php
