is there a possibility to send commands via Companion to trigger relay outputs for this device ?

It seems that this device can handle Modbus. Maybe I take it and do a generic Modbus module since Modbus is the most adopted standard in industrial automation. Do you have a budget?

No budget, I'm afraid. But I've managed to communicate with the E1214 via HTTP, which is probably less hassle than making a module for Companion.
