Hikvision support #841

Hi, we have a Hivision DS-2DE4425IW-DE PTZ camera and we have bought a Stream Deck control panel. Unfortunately I can't manage to control the camera via the Stream Deck.

Through the Youtube channel "Balast media" I came into contact with Companion software. I have tried all available PTZ cameras but none are working. I do see that some are connected. Do any of you have an idea how to get this working?

Just wondering what the status is on this issue. I am running in to the same issue.
