NK Router does not respond to routing requests #3

I am running Companion Pi and am unsuccessfully attempting to control my NK router. The instance shows successful connection, the router labels pull into the button configuration, but the router does not respond to commands sent from the button.

I am able to route using the NK remotes that are connected to the network.

is there something that I am overlooking? Is there another step to the process beyond sending a route command?

I am also seeing the same issue with this module. Running Companion 2.2.0+4120-beta-aa6596da on Windows machine.
Have Ross NK-3G72 router using NK-NET interface. Have control of router via Dashboard on same computer as Companion. Connection says that it is OK. But I get no control of router via companion. I do not see names being pulled from the router (i don't see that option in the connection anyways). Is there a setting on the NK-NET or Router that has to be selected? Any help would be great.

**EDIT*** Was able to make it work after messing around with the ROUTER LEVELS in the Companion button control. Had to make the switch on both the MD and ANALOG AUDIO 1 levels...
Obviously this is probably something that I am not completely understanding with the router and levels... but any thoughts on this?

Thanks

I would be interested in adding names from the Ross .lbl file. It's just a text file. First Column are the Destinations, the second are the Sources. Depending on the punctuation, there are some descriptions as well.
