Samsung UN85TU7000FXZC - Bitfocus query to tv glitch #9

Hey! first thank you so much for what you are doing for this community!

I have got my 2 TV's working with a simple power on and off command. However, sometimes when i go through off->on bitfocus seems to get into a weird loop where every couple seconds it seems to query or send a command which causes this menu to appear on the tv's

Here is a quick video example. Any thoughts?

Hi There!

In my testing this menu appeared whenever the Companion module tries to connect to the TV as a new remote for a first time (you'll also notice this menu if using a new remote with the TV).

Typically you'll need to ensure that your TV has Access Notifications enabled: (This is off by default on some TVs). The setting can probably be found under Settings > General > External Device Manager > Device Connect Manager > Access Notification is set to "First Time Only". Then connect using the module and see if in addition to this menu a device prompt appears requesting to allow Bitfocus Companion to access your TV. Once you approve the request, this menu should no longer appear.

If you aren't sure if the popup already was shown, you can change the token value to a different set of random numbers and try again. :)

Let me know if this fixes your issue!
