Implement presets for buttons which execute

[x] next slide
[x] prev slide
[x] next playlist item
[x] prev playlist item
[x] dynamically read base64 images from icons folder
[x] check propper dimensions / scaling of images

Thanks @Julusian for pointing out https://github.com/bitfocus/companion-module-base/wiki/Module-packaging#customising-the-packaging which was needed to include the icons folder
