Strange connection problem #49

As indicated in the title, I have a strange problem with a camera connection.

I have a Sony SRG-360SHE and 4 SRG-300SE cameras, all of which work flawlessly with an IP PTZ controller, as well as PTZ control from vMix and from the camera web interfaces.

However, after a few minutes, the same camera always loses its connection with Companion, even though it still works fine with the IP PTZ controller and vMix. Everything also works fine via the web interface, including live video. The camera in question has the latest firmware, as do the others.

The connection doesn't seem to be completely lost, as sometimes pressing a button repeatedly still works, but after a while, it stops working altogether. This problem occurs both with the Stream Deck and with the simulation web interface.

Resetting the Companion connection temporarily solves the issue. Strangely enough, the OSD menu button is the one that often responds poorly.

There is no IP conflict, and all IP addresses and ports are correctly configured.

I have encountered this problem with both Companion V2.4.2 and several tested V3 betas, as well as companion-module-sony-visca v2.3.6, v2.4.0, and v2.4.1.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Update: The other SRG-300SE cameras occasionally have a button that only responds after repeated presses, but the 360SHE always works flawlessly.
