Describe the feature Add support for VMix 27 functions, specifically SetLayerAnimated

Is this version dependent (vMix v24.)? Yes, for VMix 27

Usecases This new functions pairs well with the Zoom Plugin Active speaker trigger

We're still looking which v27 functions need adding as dedicated actions. Until then though there's always the Scripting - Run custom command action which lets you use any vMix function you like even if it doesn't have a dedicated action, such as SetLayerAnimated Input=5&Value=1,2,1000
