VMIX 27 - Output External 3&4 #248

Since vMix 27, "Output External 3" and "Output External 4" have been introduced. However, this selection is currently missing in Companion.

Companion lacks setting external output 3 and 4 because vMix released v27 without a function to control what is sent to those outputs. We can't do what vMix doesn't provide functions for, but we will add this functionality when vMix makes it available.
