I'm having trouble connecting my Stream Deck with the Companion app. Downloading Companion and MixEffect went smoothly. I tested the connection using the button on page 23, number 4, and it caused the corresponding button in Companion to blink. However, the Stream Deck buttons aren't controlling the ATEM. Each time I enter the IP address of my iPad, iPhone, or MacBook into Adam Tow's MixEffect, I receive a "connection failure 401" or "fetch failed" error message. The Status shows as checked with green. The IP address is 10.0.1.64 and the OSC Port number is 24061. The IP address that I put is not accepted. Do you have any suggestions to help me solve this issue?
