Vicero/ rotary knob/ mouse. #69

My autocue software is controlled via a USB mouse or trackpad. Left click and simultaneously slide left and/or right to make the text scroll in speed. Can I convert these commands to a rotary knob using Vicero/Companion/Streamdeck or Arduino. Thanks in advance for the feedback.

I think I could make something for that, not sure yet how the rotary works. Need to dive into that
