WebHID Support #1474

Describe the feature Chrome v89 just dropped with WebHID enabled by default. How great wouldn't it be to have Julusian's Companion Remote without an installer?

Usecases Client's computer or sattelite operators (or even mobile support, who knows??) without having to install anything

This is something I am planning to look into, and has been waiting on me getting the streamdeck library into shape first https://github.com/Julusian/node-elgato-stream-deck/pull/2

The companion-remote application will still be appropriate for some use cases, but supporting webhid will be sufficient some of the time too.
