my test on the lightning panels in beryllium works except for the creating invoice.

• i could create an invoice but htlc.me is having an issue at the moment, so couldnt use htlc to pay the invoice.
• pay invoice(starblocks.acinq.co)(works)
• lightning transactions(works)
• open channel(works)
• channel management
  • rebalance(works)
  • close channel(works)
• peer management
  • new peer(works)
  • close peer(works)
