can you please update Community Project Requirements.pdf into Markdown so other peoples can participate !

Markdown will be difficult to manage specially with limited options of gramarly and spell checkers.

The idea is to discuss on discord, finalize and then update the document here for reference.

@sarthaksavvy bro do you think pdf is better then Markdown then why Taylor choose Markdown for Laravel Docs ! https://github.com/laravel/docs

Great, then let's do one thing... we will share the Google document with you so that you can find the revisions and then you can convert the document to markdown and create a pr. I will be adding a few more stuff, after that you can go through it and convert.

We will then merge that.

Very nice @satheeshdomainindia I would be glad if you take initiative to convert this into markdown. Otherwise we will move to markdown later.

@amitavroy is doing a great job and we need to support him by adding value to his work
