Hi Carl/Donna,

Carl - I have a few ex employees to remove from the time sheet system, did you fix the error that occurred last time please? I don;t want to delete them and cause a fault. Thank you.

Also When viewing last weeks breakdown, the further breakdown is showing as an error as a pose to displaying the data this relates to, could you advise/ quote for fixing? I have uploaded a photo below, we need to be able to click the eye icon for any of these eg WBL: 20-271 and this provide a breakdown of where this data has come from, total £1,351, eg £800 from josh, £300 elliot, £251 scott as an example. The problem with deleting is the calculations for timesheet expect a user with a rate, the issue is when you delete a user I need to know what to do with the timesheets/entries left over because if they are left with no user to be tied to. The only way around this is when you delete a user it goes through and deletes the entries and sheets for that user but doesn’t this go against retention laws where you need to keep data for x amount of time?

I can have a look at soft delete which will soft delete all the data with it but at least you can still access it that way.

I’ll have a look at why this error is happening.

Hi Carl,

I'll leave them on for now and I'll have a think about this further, we could do with being able to retain that information. But so that the user then doesn't appear in the timesheet list every week and stop access once an employee has left. Thank you.

Hi Carl,

Did you have any joy with the error please? I have been using the below filters but both already have approximately 500 different job references and growing each week, so to scroll up and down to find the jobs required isn't suitable. If you could type in the reference here that would be better?
