I ahve the same bug, its so annoying...
Yes same issue here. And eqMac stop working after there is no sound in my browser, FireFox after a couple of minutes. I see that headphone icon in my systemtray where normally that speaker icon is where you can change the volume. It's the same issue I had a couple of weeks ago I wrote a bug report about it: https://github.com/bitgapp/eqMac/issues/806

I am having the same bug. It may have something to do with macOS, because I had the same thing when I was using Boom

Describe the bug The pop-up informing that the audio driver needs to be installed (again), randomly appears. It's most likely a bug, since there hasn't been updates since I'm getting the problem.
