Change Create By - to Modified By on the Case List page #64

On the list of cases page there are headers, with one being Created by - once some makes changes their name is filled in as the creator. Modified By is maybe a more appropriate header. Though I am torn here having the creator is important. Maybe another column???

Hey rhockett, In the next release we have addressed this issue. See issue #62. We didn't add a modified by column, but I think we addressed this issue.
