Explain process to new users #3

It might be helpful to have a general overview of the spending process for the user.

Example:

How to add a cold wallet watch-only address to your hot wallet

On the hot wallet tap (+) and select "watch only"
On the cold wallet tap the gear icon and select "Watch Only QR Code"
On the hot wallet tap "Monitor Bither Cold" and scan the QR code displayed on the cold wallet

How to spend funds from your cold wallet

On the hot wallet tap a watch only address and select "Send"
Enter the destination address and amount, tap Send. A QR code will be displayed.
On the cold wallet tap the gear icon, then "Sign Transaction"
Scan the QR code that is displayed on the hot wallet, enter the password
On the hot wallet, tap "Scan Bither Cold to sign", then scan the QR code displayed on the cold wallet

I took a minute to do a graphical representation of the workflow, just for inspiration. I'd love to see Bither succeed because I believe the world needs an offline workflow. The better people understand how it works, the better it will be for overall bitcoin security.

The Bither on iOS GUI no longer matches the video. There are no Cold or Hot modes to choose from. You can generate Seed QR Codes but no Watch-only QR addresses.

This is so frustrating. The wallet sort of matches this, but I can barely follow the English translation here. I feel like I am drowning in seeds and QR codes and 12 word phrases

Please rewrite the docs. The English version is really hard to understand - it looks as if someone used google translate and then copy pasted the results. It just doesn’t make sense. Please have it proofread by someone who knows English so that we can figure out how to use this thing

Please see my other email to support regarding my hd account not confirming transactions. I desperately need the money that is stored in that account and I can’t get it to send or confirm. I’ve literally tried everything.

I have it set to the highest tx fee and you aren’t getting the issue. It isn’t stuck on the blockchain it isn’t making it to the blockchain.

Have you synced to the newest block?

You can find out the block syncing status in Advanced Options/Network Monitoring.

I have tried taping on the cells, dragging down and releasing to refresh, and clearing the peer list.other than that I don’t see any available options in the app UI
