[M3][High] Update BH info to arudpilot.org

Background BH is support officially by ArduPilot, but ardupilot website lack of information about BH. It is a good chance to present BH to customers on ardupilot website.

- prepare content to be posted to ardupilot website
- photos
- introductions
- documents
- ...
- discuss with ardupilot upstream maintainers whether/how we can post the above contents to ardupilot website
