Can't cancel a pending order neither by website and nor by API call #110

I see a pending order on the exchange web site in https://www.bitglobal.com/en-us/spot/trade?q=ETH-BTC in Orders/Open orders

But as you can see on the screenshot, I can't cancel it.

Here I don't see any open orders:

And API call returns this pending order: sell order ETH/BTC id=465965775921008640 price=0.054859000 amount=0.111827000
