Cancel All Orders #48

Hi,

It seems that a cancel all orders functionality is available in the bithumb client but not included in the API docs. Is this functionality available? Thank you for your time.

no cancel all orders api, please use the batch api (https://github.com/bithumb-pro/bithumb.pro-official-api-docs/blob/master/rest-api.md#9batch-cancel-order-need-transaction-authentication)
