Describe the bug

I clicked on Mobile Key and received the message below ( ignore it fading. That's the screenshot timing) but shouldn't I be able to use the mobile key if I wish to?
1) When I have to use 3 signing devices then why are 4 selected?
2) I am unable to click on one of them and remove them / change them.

Other scenario

I clicked on Broadcast, the spinner has been spinning since the past 20 seconds

Regarding the mobile key toast, it is coming not just due to the Mobile key but because if we sign 5/5, the broadcast fails with too many signatures error.
