Unconfirmed UTXO: #3320

Cannot select UTXO to send when it is unconfirmed. Cannot spend unconfirmed transactions in general which is an unnecessary limitation I think, or why is that not allowed?

I think using unconfirmed UTXOs may delay your transaction as the parent may take time to confirm. Plus there is always the RBF risk. Not something many wallets do.

@antuz123 so I think the delay risk is ok if the user explicitly chooses the UTXO. Also it will enable CPFP boosting which is currently not possible but can be useful sometimes. So I think you could have a toggle or a warning for allowing that. but especially if the UTXO is specifically chosen I don't see a reason to prohibit it.
