We should provide the "Deduct fees from amount" toggle button here on the priority selection screen.

Need a design for it with the new Send flow. Let's discuss that along with the fee selection when sending max amount @AreejKhalid21

The solution we have created for this is to let the user set the fee, and if it is too high it will reduce the amount send to the recipient and show it to the user
