UTXO Consolidation: One Tap

Task Description We would like to provide the user with a single-tap(at max a couple) option to consolidate their UTXOs. Consolidation could be based on:

Amount(consolidate similar ones, outputs one UTXO)
Labels(consolidate UTXOs by label, outputs n UTXOS, where n is the number of labels)

Note: The user can individually pick UTXOs and consolidate them from the send flow already, so this option is just going to be a quick way to consolidate without many steps.

The fee insight ties into it as it provides the user with consolidation CTA when the fee is lower. @cakesoft-shyam
