Delete Keys: Assisted Keys #4169

Task Description Should we allow for hard deleting Assisted Keys(SS & IKS) and what all changes would be required on the backend if we allow for the same? @antuz123

@PraneethGunas - yes it should be allowed like any other key from user pov. With the same rules - no vaults etc.

I don't think anything is needed on the back end. We may want to delete the back end record of it.

Check with @Parsh if there are any other implications.
