[x] The loader takes 4 sec to start ideally it should start once user click on CTA
[x] Duplicate Vault is being created with same signers for eg I have created 2 of 3 Vault with singers Mobile key , seed key and SS ...was able to create 3 vault with same key

This issue can be verified in upcoming release, I think this was resolved
