Archived Vault Screen UI is not according to XD #4758

Describe the bug The archived Vault Screen UI is not according to the XD

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Vault > Settings > Archived Vault

UI For Empty State as well as List of Vaults is missing.

We do not have data for when the vault was archived. So, currently it shows vault name and description.
