Cached Transaction: Discard Transaction Modal #4772

Task Description Currently we are showing an alert on the Send Confirmation Screen of a Cached Transaction when the UTXOs are invalid. Instead of showing an alert we would rather like to have a Discard Cached Transaction modal to remain consisted with the rest of the UI.
