Task Description
Once IKS Is recovered/recreated by the heir, the new FCM token should be registered on the backend. And from hereon, both the FCM tokens would receive the notifications if further request to inherit IKS is made.
Note: Data structure to accommodate the same already exists. Need to check the API integration.
