Send Confrimation screen multiple versions. #4780

Describe the bug Send Confirmation screen UI update. The send Confirmation screen for Vault Send and via UAI Transfer Policy are different.

It should be coded only once and there should not be multiple Screens for Send Confirmation. Reference #4703 XD Link
