Describe the bug Unable to update the Max no-check amount and Max allowed amount

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go To Vault with SS+ > Manage Keys > Settings > Change Verification & Policy.
Update amount in sats > Enter the 2FA. No error, No update.

Issues to be addressed here:

[ ] If 2FA fails give an error message and the user should be able to try again.
[ ] If 2FA is successful take the user back to the Settings screen, currently, it's taking the user to the Vault Screen.
[ ] Fix dark mode UI to enter OTP to change policy. (Verify this modal looks okay in dark mode for Change Policy, Heath Check, Transaction Signing.
