Feature Description
As a user, I want to be able to delete a vault without the need to transfer funds.
This allows users to remove a vault they no longer need to see or use within the Bitcoin Keeper app, especially if it was restored from a backup for a specific transaction or viewing purpose.
Tasks:
[ ] Users should be able to delete any vault without transferring the funds.
[ ] Upon deletion of a vault, any unknown signers only associated with that vault should be deleted.
[ ] Currently App crashed when on clicking cancel on Transfer Funds > Cancel
