Give an option for entering External Seed #4857

[x] This is the flow:

Below recovery option give an option for entering External Seed as well. The current two options and their logic remains exactly how they are. In the new option, the user can enter 12 words. The app still checks for App Image, if found an error message is given and the user cant move ahead. If no App Image is found then a new app is created with the new RK.

Have added the content in place of Lorem Ipsum now. The design is polished, ready and done, applying the rules from Latest Design system of Keeper app now.

To clarify the issue, the idea is to let the user enter another BIP85 master seed potentially generated somewhere else?
